Why are we named
Orchestra?
Orchestra was named for 3 reasons. 
Our founder’s, Jocelyn Butler, family is very musically oriented and she was paying homage to them. 

The composer is you and your business. The audience is your customer. As your Orchestra, we need to communicate your brand effectively enough to generate the emotion and engagement you are hoping to get out of the audience. We take that responsibility seriously. 

Lastly, marketing teams need to be flexible. Depending on your needs the people and tools you need can expand or contract. Orchestra can be as a string quartet and as large as a 100 piece symphony. Between ourselves, our tools and our partners we can create the right combination to meet your business objectives. 
Our Guiding Principles
We believe that successful marketing requires a blend of clean & organized data and insight-driven creativity.
Great ideas can come from anywhere and anyone. Your job title or rank doesn’t determine that.
Just because “everyone” is advertising or promoting on one platform doesn’t mean it’s right for your company.
Work/life balance is key to bringing great ideas and results to the table. When the world gets a little narrow, results suffer.
A strict No Assholes policy for both our team and our clients means success. If we’re going to spend a lot of time together, we need to like each other and create a space for transparency.
